Hello, I’m Hannah Baldwin, and I’ve proudly been with Smith Marion since 2013. Before joining Smith Marion, I worked as a nanny. My initial role at Smith Marion was as a receptionist in our Lake Arrowhead office, a position I took simply because I needed a job. Little did I know this would be the beginning of an incredible journey. From day one, I was drawn to the people and clients we serve. The growth opportunities were abundant, and I seized them. Eventually, I moved to our Redlands office and expanded my role to include HR and strategic planning.

Integrating Expertise: A Defining Moment

A defining moment in my career came a few years ago when I worked on a project for a client facing a complex financial question. I sought help from Carlos, who immediately paused his work to assist. We set up a call with the client to address their issue thoroughly. The client was delighted. This experience reinforced the importance of integrating our HR and strategic consulting services with our financial expertise. At Smith Marion, we leverage the synergy between these areas to provide unparalleled value to our clients.
