Hannah Baldwin, Director of CAS at Smith Marion & Co., is a human resources expert with a passion for helping housing authorities & non-prots grow, adapt, and thrive.

Hannah focuses her expertise with clients in the areas of Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, and Facilitation. Hannah is a co-developer of Smith Marion Connection a peer group specically designed for housing authorities to tackle specic challenges in the industry. Her role includes serving as a facilitator for the semi-annual Connection meetings.

Inside her organization, Hannah is a member of the Leadership team. Hannah is a career coach and culture champion. She has a passion for seeing employees grow and develop as they identify their unique abilities.
