We are invested in our employees. Because of that, we provide 40 hours of paid time off to study for and take the CPA exam, and 20 hours of paid time off to study for the EA exam. We pay for all work related continuing education, and all team members receive CPE. We have firmwide trainings, weekly team meetings, and Grub and Grows all with the purpose of developing you and building team relationships.
