We are invested in our employees. Because of that, we provide 40 hours of paid time off to study for and take the CPA exam, and 20 hours of paid time off to study for the EA exam. We pay for all work related continuing education, and all team members receive CPE. We have firmwide trainings, weekly team meetings, and Grub and Grows all with the purpose of developing you and building team relationships.

  • Community Involvement – Annually we package gifts for Mary’s Mercy Center and participate in V-Ball for Life. We also sponsor the Redlands Bowl, the San Bernardino Symphony and Riverside Area Rape Crisis (to name a few).

  • Fraud Detection Award – We are committed to integrity and protecting our clients. Therefore, if you detect fraud while working on a client’s account we will award you with a $1,000 bonus.

  • Grub & Grow – This is one of our favorite things. Every other month we watch a webinar together and have lunch, on the firm.

  • Mixers – Quarterly events to hang out and relax with coworkers. In the past we have bowled, golfed, painted and gone to Dave & Busters. We are always open to new ideas!
